last version crashes on starting application (WebView2 )

all i  find in error log 

(webview2 runtime in system will be used to create a webview as no webview2runtimepath is provided. after effect) thats it 

so anyone know how to fix this issue ?

Without any actual system info we can't tell you much. As a start, run Windows Update and after that reinstall all the Adobe apps.
