Hello. I've been trying to render an After Effects composition, but once rendered a text layer becomes invisible. This text layer is visible in the preview and its expression has no error at all. The Media Encoder rendering doesn't show any errors either. Does someone know what this is about?
I've solved it now. It wasn't about 3D or Guide layers. I was using a text to show a CSV file's data and for some reason the data doesn't show unless you drag the CSV file into any composition's timeline. Pretty strange.
Thank you for your help though! @Mylenium @Rick Gerard

Make sure you preview the Composition using the Active Camera view if there are 3D layers. Make sure that the missing layer is not set as a Guide layer. It would have a # near the layer name.
If that doesn't solve the problem, we need screenshots showing the modified properties of all layers, a workflow description, and your system and AE version to have any chance of helping you solve the problem. Press the 'u' key twice to reveal all modified properties, take a screenshot, then drag it to the reply field so we can see it without downloading it.

This is a known limitation of working with CSVs. Glad you could figure it out.

Agree with Rick. The most likely cause is that you edited stuff in the Front View instead of the Active Camera, a very common error amongst beginners. Otherwise indeed soem screenshots would certainly help to resolve this mystery.
