New to After Effects, more used to Photoshop, illustrator and Indesign. But I have created snow using particles over a still photo to give the effect of falling snow In Adobe After Effects. Everything going well until I render video and now when it goes to restart the loop there is a small hiccup effect. Have done everything correctly I think. Split the animated layer and moved right hand split to left hand side and left hand side to right. I created a small blend from one layer to the next where split is and that works perfectly. It is a 30 second clip and I have used 29.97 frames per second and output it as and mp4. I then play it in Quick time player and no matter how I move the layers that small glitch as it loops around always occurs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
has anybody go any suggestions with the above, is it my media player after I output file, is file too big (170mb approx) that quicktime or VLC can't handle loop?? It loops seamlessly when I do ram preview within After effects
