So I get this warning below from time to timeScreenshot 2023-09-19 at 3.52.56 PM.png

However, I have allocated all avaible RAM to AE, and to my knowledge 128GB is a lot

Additionally, I have my disk cache saving on an external SSD card with 2TB

And when I clear disk cache I can see that I only have used 68 of the available 500.

Why does this happen?

Your system seems Mac. Have you chcked the status of Activity Monitor.app when you get the warning? What does it say? Does After Effects consume such a memory size?
