Just purchased the Mavic 3 Classic UAS. Shot some H264 footage in D-Log and graded it in AE. The footage was shot in full manual (shutter/aperture/white balance, etc). I'm getting a strange color flicker. It's noticable in AE ungraded, but much more pronounced when I apply the Mavic 3 DJI LUT https://youtu.be/PNQ4eBpclcA
I pulled the same clip into Adobe Premiere, and applied the same LUT and I'm not getting any color flicker. https://youtu.be/Qc_X8_ZDCnI (The raw file also plays fine in VLC media player on my desktop)
I'm running the latest version of Premiere and After Effects. I've tried uninstalling every Adobe App and reinstalling with the latest versions, without retaining any settings. I've installed the latest Nvidia drivers. I've had something similar happen a couple years ago with A7s III footage when I first purchased that camera, that resolved by updating AE and Premiere.
I'm running a Windows 10 PC with an Nvidia 2080TI, Intel i9-9900K, 64GB DDR4.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Turn off hardware accelerated decoding in the preferences, re-check your other hardware acceleration settings.

The flicker/banding is back, I'm unable to replicate my success from earlier, even if I create a brand new project, clear the cache, restart, etc. The only thing I've changed between last week and today is reinstalling all the Adobe Apps I uninstalled earlier when I was trying to fix the issue.
Adobe Premiere still decodes the footage flawlessly. I'm also able to apply the lut within Adobe Media Encoder and render directly from there flawlessly as well, with the CUDA render.
Another weird detail - when I clear my cache, the weird color and banding go away in the composition preview window and the video looks clean on that frame - then as soon as I hit the space bar to play it, the banding, weird color and flicker come back.
