Missing some very important effects, on AE

Can anyone please help me? I don't have some effects on AE app like S_Sharpen and many more.. How can I get these effects... And why are they missing on my AE app, I'm paying that app and they do this ..

They are commercial third-party effects from BorisFX Sapphire. You have to pay for them separately. Nothing to do with Adobe.
