Mocha AE Masking & Matte

I've forgotten how to do this.  The green on the monitors is ok, but not great for a key.  I decided to mask out the monitors.  The camera is static.  The actors move across the frame.  I rotoscoped them out.  I can't figure out how to composite the scene together.  .  

 

Attached you'll find the image with the masks outlined.

My guess for the bit you're stuck on:

Once you;ve got your tracks in Mocha, back in AE, in the effects panel, click Create Tracking data.

In the pop-up, select the empty column cell underneath the cog icon.  That highlights the track layer and you're ready to pass the details into AE.

 

I struggle with this bit every time and made a tutorial about it just as a way of remember 😉
