Mocha AE not tracking green screen

I searched the forum and cannot find an answer to my problem.

I'm trying to track a simple sock video of a laptop with a green screen but Mocha AE is not tracking properly. I've done this succssfully in the past but for some reason I cannot get it to track the screen. I take the time to set up the spline and planar surface carefully but it just won't track more than a few seconds of footage, then goes way off track.

I made sure AE is updated, cleanted the cache in Mocha, rebooted, noting seems to work. What could I be doing wrong? I feel like it's something really simple but I am still reletively new to AE and Mocha but this is a very simple procedure that i've been succesful with in the recent past but cannot get it to work now. I've included screenshots of Mocha when tracking forward.

Any ideas?

You need to draw a small spline on one corner of the screen, then use the add tool to capture the other three corners. This will give you something to track. The big blank screen does not have enough detail to track the screen accurately. I recommend that you use the Classic Workspace so that you can easily increase the percentage of pixels tracked.
