MOGRT Import into Premiere Pro 2018

I have created a MOGRT file for my client using After Effect CC 2020. My client asked me to convert it for premier Pro 2018. To solve this issue I install After Effect 2018 and rearrange everything in essential graphics. After exporting the MOGRT file it was not supported on Premiere Pro CC (Version 12.0.1(Builder 69). So how I can solve the issue. I tried on Aftereffect CC 2017 (Version 14.0.1) but there is no essential Graphic Panel.
