Just as I was able to render out one video, and that was by simply emptying my media cache, restarting AE, I was finally able to render/export in the most basic mode of simply adding to the render que and changing nothing. Ok. Cool enough. Still no sound, but when I open it in Photoshop, I get sound, so I render out from there and I get sound and video. Fine again. Extra step no biggie. BUT... I noticed a flaw in my video that I needed to simply adjust, which I fixed in Photoshop. All files match up no problem back in AE. Now, the render stops/crashes at the same moment each time - where there is one heavy video - and keeps dropping the render, and can't go further. I thought maybe to render that portion out, keep it in memory, then try to render, but it keeps crashing. Help again please. I'm so noobed! Below are the AE crash messages.
Note - I did try and switched to "Mecury Software Only" as AE suggested below - and I did get a successful render, but at a much lower and not very good quality for some reason. How can I render normally again!!?

Without any info on what happens in the project at the point where it crashes we can't tell you much. Certainly a screenshot of the timeline would be helpful.

Hey
This comp 06, which is MOV, is it an alpha file?
If there is alpha, output it as a PNG sequence once and place it in your project again, and then try to output the project at all.
- If you still have a problem, tell me what is happening in this picture of Comp 06 ?
Have you used strong light or blur effect?
