So I like having motion blur and RSMB on my edits (RSMB is just a plug-in for more blur) and whenever I'm rendering, I have this problem where on a single frame, the blur will just disappear. This has been going on for about a week. I never changed my output settings and I always render in H.264. This glitch has made my videos look really choppy and I need to find a way to fix it. I usually render in Media Encoder but when I render in After Effects itself, it has the same problem. I'm not even sure if it's a problem with my computer itself or After Effects. Do I need more RAM or space on my computer? Below are two images where there is motion blur and it suddenly goes away. Also, I've never used this website before so I'm sorry if I did it wrong.

You issue is very likely not connected to RAM or free-space.
Without any further information to your comp, it's hard to tell, but have a close look at your keyframes and have a look at them with the speed-graph. Try to find out what is the difference of the one frame without MB in relation to the others.
Also, switch off RSMB. And if the issues still exists, switch of native MB and only activate RSMB. Maybe something interferes there.
Let us know!
