Motion Graphics Template export issue

I'm having problems exporting a mograt:

works well if I export it with Ae's render queue or if I export it with Encoder;

but if I add it to Encoder's queue or import it to Premiere it goes nuts.

I'm guessing that the fill color is missing because it gets pickwhipped through a different comp;

but I dont' understand why the expressions to chose style and side are being ignored too.

I'm just linking the opacity to a slider and 2 checkboxes on a master control on the same comp
