Motion Track doesn't utilize 100% of cpu or any gpu

I am new to AE and tried the Motion Track on a 4k clip.

As you can see it barely hits 20% cpu and no gpu activity.

Is this normal? i'd like to make more use of my hardware.

It is normal. Many Ae operations are single threaded and CPU only. To

make sure you use GPU when possible, go to project settings and see it's using the GPU.
