Hallo everybody,
I am in PC Windows 10 with After Effects 2021 and even if I reset thee Preferences, the shortcuts to move selected Layer 1 frame ahead o back don't work

Alt+ Page Up

and

Alt+Page Down...

(by the way, in the Keyboard Shortcuts Panel I can't find any "Move 1 Frame Ahead..." but there is only "Move Layer 1 screen pixel down" ...which, moreover, you don't really understand what  that means ...

Anyone may help me, please!

I cannot reproduce your problem. Working perfectly on macos and Windows. Anyway if you are trying to search for this command inside the Keyboard Shortcut you must look for SHIFT LAYER 1 FRAME EARLIER or SHIFT LAYER 1 FRAME LATER

Those controls are in the Timeline section, not the Layer Section.
