My clips cant pass 15 seconds mark on after effects 2022 even after increasing composition on composition settings, please help

Sounds like you expect it to play in realtime using GPU acceleration when in fact it is using a RAM preview, which as the name implies is limited by the amount of actual memory. I would suggest you read the ojnline help on the subject.

For anything beyond that exact info about the project contents, settings, your computer and so on will be required.
