No audio playback on After Effects.

Hi, I have imported videos, mp3 audios, the full shabang, but my after effects refuses to play any sounds. What is happening here? I have my output settings set correctly. Tried headphones, tried my imac and I've tried bluetooth headphones. It doesn't play back anywhere?

Audio playback was never an issue for me prior to the 2018 update.

I've read countless other forums about RMA preview (which no longer exists) - i have audio enabled under preview, under audio hardware etc.

What is the issue here?

Does the audio work when you press . (on the Number pad)?

Hi DJ.summitt, unfortunately it doesn't. I have a Mac mini keyboard, so the side numeric keys don't exist.
