I just checked my updated Adobe CC 2019 effects tab, and no longer can I find the Mocha AE plugin! I also can't download it anywhere because it's supposed to be preinstalled. can anyone help me?

Because Mocha is not in effects tab but in Animation

Mocha AE in CC 2019 is now a plug-in found in the effects folder.
