No pasting right to left in After Effects

New Here ,
Aug 09, 2023 Aug 09, 2023

I need to be able to paste HEBREW text into After Effects, but there is no setting to change the paste from Right to Left.  This setting IS in Premiere, so you would think it would be easy to put this into SETTINGS in After Effects as well.  I can copy the Essential Graphics layer from Premiere and paste it into After Effects, but then I need to adjust the position, font, size, and Style to match the template we have set up-what a hassel.  Please add this feature to After Effects to allow PASTE RIGHT TO LEFT.

In the Properties panel, you will need to click "More..." in order to see the Text Direction buttons.

Once you've toggled your Text layer(s) to RTL, see if

Hi @videodrb1969,

Once you've toggled your Text layer(s) to RTL, see if pasting works as you expect.
