Can't hear sound in the after
I checked the settings, everything is set as it should be, it should be noted that on the computer you hear excellent sound, only in after effect you don't hear anything
What to do ?

Can you post some more details about the sound file(s) you've tried using?

Can you post a screenshot of an After Effects composition with audio that isn't working, including the full timeline and Preview panels?

Do you have multiple views open in the Comp panel? Are you hitting this bug?

I received support from the support team
It was a complex problem where a sound file worked in the 2022 version but not in the 2023 version it was very strange but after many hours and a lot of work by Mohammed and his team the problem was solved.
