NO video NO audio preview.

HELP! 
I have no clue how to resolve this!.
Recently, I can't open AE due to camera.Raw files went missing. After I intalled the old camera RAW files.. now I can't preview any clips at all in AE. What will be the best way to resolve this?

I resolved it! 

Delete all the old folders laying around in my mac.

Uninstall and reinstall again. Then when they ask to revert back to old version. 

SAY YES like you mean it. 
GOSH.. so much problems with the CC updates!.
Hope you guys don't do it for the money but do it for the passion!
Alrite folks.. working now.. back to work!
