NVIDIA GPU not being utilized while rendering

when i try render a video in media encoder, the computer take the integrated graphic card of windows insted of the NVIDIA graphic card. What can i do for render whit my NVIDIA card? do you know if this problem is due to some update of the software?

Sorry about the issue. Which version of After Effects and Media Encoder are you currently using? What are your export settings in the Media Encoder? Can you let us know which renderer is the Media Encoder utilizing? I have highlighted the renderer on the attached screenshot to help you find it. Also, please share your system specifications (OS, OS version, CPU, GPU, RAM).
