Hi, I can't select nor move this keyframe in my layer. All other keyframes in my 12 layers are working fine. Did I lock it by mistake? If so, how do I unlock it? I use After Effects 2018. Thanks.

A picture of your timeline would tell a thousand words here.
Are you sure you have the keyframes properly visible? Select the layer and press U to reveal all keyframes. Visible keyframes should look like this:
But if you haven't opened the parameter fully, such as if you just open the Transform twirl down but not the parameters within Transform, you'll see smaller circles denoting the keyframes, but these aren't editable without making the individual parameters visible.

Hi Andrew,
Yes, I am pretty sure because all other keyframes in my other layers are working fine. This particular keyframe is acting as if it were locked. I restarted the application, even tried it in AE 2019. It still didn't move.

I think you may have inadvertently locked your layer. CTRL+SHIFT+L to unlock ALL layers.

All the layers are working fine; only that particular keyframe seems locked.

THis issue would be SO much easier if you posted a screenshot of your timeline, with all keyframes visible. (Press UU)

Layer 3 where the playing line positioned is the "locked" keyframe.

The particular kf is off frame-grid, but still should be moveable. Right click it and see if you can change its value to fit the frame, or align it into the grid.
I use "Keyboard" plugin for such a case.

Thank you all for the tips. It might have just been an algorithmic error. Instead of wasting more time, I decided to take the most basic route – duplicate and delete. Voila! Done :)!!

Thanks for reporting back. I suggest you keep an eye for any other weird happenings and if something awkward happens, I suggest you trash AE's prefs.
