When I bought a CC off youtube, i tried to drag it into my adjustment layer and it says this. Can anyone help ?

Well, you still need to buy the effects referenced by the presets such as in this case the GenArts Sapphire bundle. At the very least install the demo version and see if it's worth spending the money.

how do i know what effects are referenced to the preset, and how do i buy this Saphire  bundle ?
