Plug-in Issues

Hi! I'm having issues with my plug-in when i launch Affter Effect it says :

"The following plug-ins are installed, but not yet compatible with this version of After Effects. They will appear as missing in existing projects and cannot be applied. To run After Effects in compatible mode, select "Get information" in the context menu of the application and activate it"

but as you can guess, the menu is impossible to find... Please help me ! (I'm on Mac).

Right-click on the application package and do a file --> info, then enable Rosetta 2 emulation. Otherwise simply get new versions of the plug-ins. Sapphire definitely have updated versions. Not too sure about DeepGlow, though.

Thanks it works with Rosetta but now it showing me the plug-in like it was a demo with the red cross even if i activate them with the keys.

I am on mac and dont see an option for file or info. Do you know what to do on mac?

You likely have to run the installer in Rosetta mode, too, or elase it won't produce a correct activation key.
