plugin or Effects

I would like to know the names of the effects or plug-in in these two videos.
The sparkle effect doesn't look like it's from using crossfilter leans.
Please let me know if you know something. I would really appreciate it!

The first is just a lens flare, the second could be literally any sparkle effect like the one in the Sapphire suite. Signing up for a monthly subscription of the latter can give you everything you need.
