pre-compose and project file working improperly

ok so basically i made an intro and the intro appears in a few of my clips without it even being a clip (even when i precompose it)

and the intro pops up on my new project file when i make a new composition 

(i reinstalled ae and the same thing is happening pls help)

I don't understand what you're asking.   Is something you created in a previous project appearing in all your new, empty projects even though it shouldn't be?
