Premiere Pro clips not displaying in AE ..?

Hi there, noob here..  Can anybody tell me why when I bring these clips (first pic) into AE, they don't display (second pic)?  Thanks!

The biggest problem you are facing is not the titles you are trying to move from Pr to Ae (Answered later in this post). Looks like you are stacking layers in Premiere as if it were After effects. You should definitely read this: Working with After Effects and other applications

from the help files:

Adobe Premiere Pro is designed to capture, import, and edit movies. After Effects is designed to create motion graphics, apply visual effects, composite visual elements, perform color correction, and perform other post-production tasks for movies.

From there you will find this:

Importing from After Effects and Premiere Pro and see that titles from premiere are not supported when copy pasted from Premiere.
