Preview Not loading!

I have been working in after effects for awhile now but all of a sudden, the preview will not load. The preview box is blank and any thumbnail for any video in my bin is black. Everything works except the previews and I have rendered it out and the video is perfectly fine. I have tried rendering it, opening the file in a new project, checking the visibility of all the clips, and wireframe is off.

When you double-click (or right-click and choose Open Layer) one of the files (F1, F2, etc) on the timeline, can you get the preview?

When you right-click it and choose Reveal in Finder on the timeline, is the original path displayed?

I opened AE today and it is working again!
