Preview problems need help fast

hello i have problem with preview it dont show me anything and if i move right side to middle of preview i looks like it lag. i have    I7 6700k/GTX970 /RAM HDDR 4 24GB  drive SSHD 2TB motherboard asus hero VIII   help please  PS i updated every drive

Where is your comp???

On your issue, set your comp's zoom resolution to an integer - something like 50% instead of the weirdly 38.2% that it is currently set to.
