Problem whith After Effects

Hi everyone,

I installed the trial version o After Effects and when the program starts it displays this message:Capturar.JPGexpand imageCapturar1.JPGexpand image

 

Can you tell me how to solve the problem?

Welcome to the Community and sorry for your issue.

Could you let us know your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM)? Also, what is the exact version of After Effects are you using: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects/faq-how-to-find-the-exact-version-of-after-effects-you-...

Meanwhile, try launching After Effects as administrator and see if it brings any change.
