Your cropped screenshot is very confusing. We don't know how many things in the frame are on separate layers and the only thing I see is a little bit of lighting that I wouldn't have designed. I don't really see a reflection. 

 

I would start the troubleshooting process by selecting the problem layer, pressing 'uu' to show all modified properties, make sure that all effects are turned off, and then soloing the layer. If the problem still exists then the problem is in the footage, not in AE. If turning something on or off changes how the layer looks then you have solved your problem. If the problem is still there post a full UI screenshot with the modified properties of the layer showing.
