Problem with quality after export

Hey 👋

Can somebody teach me how to export with nice quality?
I have this problem. I did the project in illustrator and everything is perfect there. No pixels or something like this. When I opened the project in AF every shape become in pixels. Then I tried to export the project in good quality but it's still with pixels.

I uploaded a picture so you can see how it looks like. 
For the first time I have. a problem like this one. 😞

Can you provide a screenshot in the AE project window?  I wonder if it's just the collapse transformation that needs to be check boxed.

Btw I got the same problem even when I create everything in AE like circles and text.

I did research about that 'collapse transformation' and it didn't work in the beginning but after a few minutes somehow I figure it out with how to use it. I just pre-composed the project and opens it in a 'new project'(because I need new size) then I've tried to do it once again and I happened. Everything works perfectly. Thank you once again. ☺️
