Problema con Mocha Pro

Teniendo la versión de 2023 de After Effects, no me abre el Mocha Pro. Es decir, intento ejecutarlo tras aplicarlo a una capa y no me lo llega a abrir después de un tiempo cargando o directamente no carga y se cierra de inmediato. ¿Alguien sabe qué puedo hacer?

Hello Yaiza, 

 

I believe this issue happened when the Application doesn't get the Licensing details Or might be Some other third party Software Conflicts or Sometimes Application Preferences get corrupted.

2. How to reset Aftereffects Preferences.

Mocha Pro is a paid upgrade version of Mocha. Are you running a current version of this software? Are you sure you mean Mocha Pro and not Mocha AE? If this is Mocha Pro, you should contact BorisFX support for licensing help.
