Problems importing files

Seems very strange ,  but now every file  / clip that I import into AE is very " pixelated " and doesn't fit the selected composition , what is the problem ?

It's impossible to say what your issue is if you don't provide more info. I suggest you let us know AND see the following -

1) the problem footage asset(s) in the Project Panel

     - allow us to see the metadata properties of the footage by selecting the footage item

2) show us in which Viewer Panel (Footage, Composition or Layer) this issue occurs

All of th clips and video that I insert into AE including text look like this.

This image is just a visual replication of what you wrote initially - you've not brought any new information nor provide the details that were requested.

For now, I can only suggest that you take a look at the Magnfication Level of your Viewer Panel to ensure it is 100% and not set to a ridiculous value - it's a long shot but I have seen this sort of user-error.
