Program is unusable right now - I need a human

Hello, I just opened After effects and it looks way different than ever before. It has broken up all the windows and made the tool bar accessible. See attached. Screen Shot 2019-12-09 at 11.47.06 AM.png

 

How do I restore to the normal view? I've played around in preferences and gotten no where. Can someone please help me?

Try using the Window menu to choose a different workspace. Shift + F10 should reset your project to the Default workspace. You can see the other shortcuts below:
