Rectangle Tool in After Effects

New Here ,
Dec 07, 2020 Dec 07, 2020

Hi,

Just started the 7-day trial, but the shape tool only gives a rectangle. Have tried restarting the programme and have even downloaded again, but still only get the rectangle. Any help would be great.

Thanks,

Ian

Without any system info and other details like where and how you're trying to create a rectangle, composition settings we can't really tell you much. Shape Layer or Mask? Something else? The only thing I'm aware of is that in the current latest version of AE this feature locks up when certain previous operations have been applied and the Cinema 4D renderer is set in the comp settings. Anything outside that will require detailed information to possibly resolve this mystery.
