Reduce File size while rendering

H.264 is not available in AE CC 2019, is there another option that you would recommend? 3 minutes video resulted in a 5GB file which just takes too much time.

Any help would be appreciated!

Best,

Jousef

Solved it myself. I used Adobe Media Encoder and encoded my file to H.264 from there
