Render Error on 360 video, Canceled by user. -1609629695

We have been trying to render this 360-VR video for the last week on several different computers but we still keep getting the same error each and every time:

How does one check for wrong frames?

is your file a .mov or a images sequence? if is a images sequence go to the images folder
