Render problem After Effects & Media Encoder

Hello everyone I need urgent help, I recently installed After Effects and Media Encoder and today was when I started using them, it turns out that when I render a video (even if it is very simple) it does not give me the possibility to open it later, which should be the Video doesn't weigh more than 20bytes and I can't play it, it seems strange to me and I don't know what to do, the rendering doesn't give any problem, it happens to me with After Effects and Media Encoder. This rendering problem happens to me with the H.264 output module in both applications. I hope you can help me, thank you very much in advance.

I found the solution. My folders had accents and the letter Ñ. In case someone who speaks Spanish has these same problems.
