Rendered Video Not showing one layer ( PLEASE HELP )

When I play my video back on my timeline the ( PS REY MASK 2 ) Appears and functions normal in the scene. However when I export it this layer is not visible and only the effect layers behind the REY MASK layer is visible. I am rendering using quick time and apple pro res and the video plays perfectly fine. I just can not see the layer showing the actual mask, PLEASE HELP.

Are the layers inside the precomp set to be guide layers?

@Szalam This is a screen shot of my main composition (PS BUN 2) and then the pre composition of the (PS REY MASK 2).

I dont see any of them in guid layer but im new to after effects so I dont know why I can play it through in the app and it works fine but when I try to render it the actual mask is not included, just the glow effects behind the mask.
