rendered video shows frame of original clip rather than my footage

In After Effects, it shows the frame shown in the second and third screenshots but when rendered, it shows the original video used for the audio. I've tried adding motion tile thinking that the displacement map was the issue but got the same results. I also hid (pressed the eye icon next to it) all of the layers with the audio.

The effects are also on an adjustment layer. ^

nevermind,, basically just got rid of the effects and problem solved
