So, recently, I've been doing really important for me project. When i tried to render it, first in Adobe Media Encoder, it was stuck in one moment (there aren't many effects on this frame). And even if I tried render it few times, it did nothing. Then I thought about rendering this directly in After Effects. But it kept being stuck on that one moment. I don't know what to do. I also cleared purge. Also this error shows up after about 10 minutes of being stuck (attached a file)

To figure out what may be happening, go to the frame where the render fails in the comp, select all layers and press the U key twice to reveal all modified properties. If nothing jumps out at you and you can't figure out what is causing the problem try using the Render Cue to render an image sequence. Then if you get a failure you can try to pick up the render from the frame where it fails just by adjusting the render settings.
Potential causes include a new effect that could be starting on that frame, a particle system or temporal effect that uses up system resources at that point, or a corrupt source file. Without details, error logs, and screenshots it's pretty hard to figure out the problem.

Simple, really. You have an effect that is producing nonsensical values that exceed the internal ranges. Most often this happens when people just copy&paste poorly written expressions from the Internet or follow bad tutorials without regard for the limitations of some effects. Figure out where that happens, fix it and it will work.
