Repeater & Anchor Point

There is a anchor point for shape layer. Because shape will rotate around this anchor point. Is there any anchor point for repeaters? Because repearter are rotating but how to find it's anchor point?

I assume  what is in the 2nd picture is anchor pt for repeater & 1st one is the anchor pt for a group of circles. That mean this anchor pt considered circles as a one group.
