Reveal in Explorer not working in Windows 10

When I click on "Reveal in Explorer", either in the timeline or project panel, nothing happens. I noticed the same behaviour on Media Encoder. When I'm finished rendering a video and I click on the file's path, nothing happens.

I tried reinstalling After Effects and removed the preferences but the problem persists.

Have you tried trashing preferences yet? Please try that and report back.

This function started working again for not apparent reason.
