Rotate in 3d not working

Hi! I'm trying to rotate a set of wings in 3d - it works on the back wing but not the front - I think this is because I've got moving parts in the front wing precomp, is there anyway to work around this and get the front wing to rotate in 3d too? Thanks.

you have the front wing in a pre-comp and you activate the collapse transformation so try to deactivate this and check
