Roto Brush tool

Hi, we are trying out the roto brush tool .. but have problems .. 
In the tutorials it seems like it is nothing, but we are more than 3 hours too busy with a film of 30 seconds.

Can you help me with what we're doing wrong?

Without any info about your footage and a screenshot as well as info about your computer nobody can tell you much. There's a million factors that could be at play like 4k footage or larger simply taking longer, especially on slower computers just like the old misunderstanding that Rotobrush would be the only adequate tool for everything. It simply doesn't work for every scenario and other techniques may be more appropriate for your use case. Either way, we simply can't know. You have to be much more specific.

Hello,

We work with a Mac, attached is also a screenshot of the data from the Mac.
The problem we are experiencing is that the space under the arms is not included. See Attachment.
We load a premiere pro file that is already prepared with the background.
Is this correct?
The file file is an MP4 file and is 842.7 MB, we first mounted it in Rush.
