Rotobrush strokes won't change size (Circle size changes but strokes stay very thin)

I make the brush larger by holding the command key but the strokes stay thin, barely visible. Anybody else have this issue? Solutions?

I'm having the same issue when using Refine Edge Tool.

Can you give us more details, OS, CC version, Graphic card, Screenshot.....

Are you using a mouse or a Wacom tablet? If you're using a tablet you may need to adjust the pressure sensitivity settings in the Wacom control panel?

As suggested by Angie_taylor change the settings from the Wacom control panel or change the settings from After Effects Brush Panel -
