Scene Edit Detection not working 24.2.1

Hello! I am trying to use Scene Edit Detection on video footage but it doesn't cut it up at all. I tried using After Effects Beta as well and have the same result. Let me know what I may be doing wrong.

OS: Windows 11 Home 23H2

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-14900K 3.20 GHz

RAM: 64.0 GB

Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 Eagle OC

Sorry for the issue. Please let us know what kind of footage you're working with. It would help if you could share some examples of what kind of transitions the effect cannot pick up.
