SCREEN RECORDING an After Effects Tutorial

Anyone know of a good tutorial out there to show panel-zooming, mouse highlight and key-strokes to make a comprehensive tutorial? Most of what I can find just shows how to record... 😓

Pannel zooming and mouse highlighting is usually part of your screen recording application. I use Screenflow for the Mac. There are others. Most professional screen recording applications allow you to manipulate the screen while and after recording. Doing so in After Effects or Premiere Pro after the fact is pretty much a pain in the neck.
