Script to save a frame of multi layers In point and Out point

Hi 

There are many layers, I need to save as a frame of every layer In point and Out point for reference, it is a big workload for me to use Ctrl+Alt+S to render a frame. May I ask if any other fast and convenient way or script to do it.
